HP

ProLiant is a brand of server computers that was originally developed and marketed by Compaq. After Compaq merged into Hewlett-Packard (HP), HP retired its Netserver brand in favor of the ProLiant brand.[1]ProLiant systems lead the x86 server market in terms of units and revenue. 
ProLiant servers are separated into four main product lines – ML, DL, BL and SL – which denote form factor. The ProLiant ML line comprises tower based servers with capacity for internal expansion of disks and interconnects, the DL line comprises general purpose rack mount servers, the BL line comprises bladeservers which fit within the HP BladeSystem, and the SL line comprises dense rack mount servers for scale out environments.
ProLiant servers are also split into several series which denote processor configuration. The 100, 200, 300 and 400 series comprise single and dual socket capable systems, the 500 and 600 series comprise quad socket capable systems, and the 700 series comprises eight socket capable systems. The new 900 series also include eight sockets, supporting up to 80 cores and up to 4 TB of RAM. Models with 0 in the last digit use Intel processors; models with 5 in the last digit use AMD processors.
HP supports the Windows Server, HP-UX 11i, OpenVMS, NonStop, Red Hat Enterprise Linux and SUSE Linux Enterprise Server operating systems on Integrity servers

DELL

Dell Inc. (formerly Dell Computer) is an American multinational computer technology corporation based inRound Rock, Texas, United States, that develops, sells, repairs and supports computers and related products and services. Bearing the name of its founder, Michael Dell, the company is one of the largest technological corporations in the world, employing more than 103,300 people worldwide. Dell is listed at number 38 in the Fortune 500 list. In 2012 it was the third largest PC vendor in the world after HP andLenovo.
Dell sells personal computers, servers, data storage devices, network switches, software, computerperipherals, HDTVs, cameras, printers, MP3 players and also electronics built by other manufacturers. The company is well known for its innovations in supply chain management and electronic commerce, particularly its direct-sales model and its “build-to-order” or “configure to order” approach to manufacturing—delivering individual PCs configured to customer specifications. Until a few years ago Dell was mainly a pure hardware vendor, but with the acquisition of Perot Systems Dell entered the -very profitable- market for IT services and additional acquisitions in storage and networking systems allow the company to offer complete solutions for enterprise customers compare to their original portfolio of computers only.

IBM

IBM eServer was a family of computer servers from IBM Corporation. Announced in the year 2000, it combined the various IBM server brands (AS/400, Netfinity, RS/6000, S/390) under one brand. The various sub-brands were at the same time rebranded from:

In 2005 announced a new brand, IBM System as an umbrella for all IBM server and storage brands. The name change was finished in 2006 when the IBM xSeries became the IBM System x.IBM AS/400 to IBM eServer iSeries, i for Integrated.
